Dentist reviews

Please see below for feedback we gathered directly from our patients. The Dentists at metrotown insist that all patients receiving major treatment are called within 3 days to a week after their treatment.  Each call includes a question asking the patient if there was anything that they particularly liked or that disappointed them during their visit.  Their comments (both good and not so good) are: 
 

I am very enthusiastic about the clinic. I have been to many clinics and haven’t been as enthusiastic as this one. Referred the clinic to all my friends and they said, “It’s the best clinic we’ve ever been to.” The staff is super friendly and the dentists are amazing.

I found the clinic because it was located in Metrotown. I decided to come because they are open everyday. I was happy with the front desk, and especially happy with my hygienist, and dentist.

I go to this clinic because it is close to home, and the staff treat me well. The dentist did a fantastic job, and I was really impressed by their anaesthetics.

Everything is good. Receptionist is cool, and we know each other now. I didn't know the costs, but I didn't really care because I have benefits.

Dentists Response
We called the patient to apologize for her wait in the morning and to see if there was anything we could do to improve given her “poor” rating on the explanation of costs.  She has been in to the clinic 4 times in the past 12 months and said her insurance covered 100% of all her visits so she didn’t know how else to respond to the question because she has never had any costs to herself.  The dentists are constantly reviewing their schedules to avoid inconveniencing patients by running late.  We told her this and she said that her most recent visit was right on time even though it was a Saturday evening and it was really busy.
