Dentist reviews

Please see below for feedback we gathered directly from our patients. The Dentists at metrotown insist that all patients receiving major treatment are called within 3 days to a week after their treatment.  Each call includes a question asking the patient if there was anything that they particularly liked or that disappointed them during their visit.  Their comments (both good and not so good) are: 
 

This place is good. I like it. I was really happy with the receptionist. She called my insurance to see if it went through, and calculated the cost and told me before hand. Treatment didn't hurt compared to other dentists.

​I really like the doctor. He is very efficient, and I was impressed because he phoned and checked up on my sister when she was in a lot of pain. Very approachable.

Dentist’s Response
We called the patient when we saw her comment that she would have appreciated more discussion about her treatment.  She had lost a filling done some time ago at another clinic and her tooth had chipped after the filling fell out.  She knew her appointment was for a Root Canal and the approach to treatment was to save her natural tooth and hope that it could recover.  The patient was also concerned about total expense so we repaired the tooth.  She told us when we called her that the tooth was doing fine so far and the treatment itself was very good.  In consideration of the concern that she had expressed about her visit, a credit was processed to her account to be applied at her discretion to any hygiene, cosmetic or dental treatment.

I thought my teeth could have been whiter, but I was still satisfied because it was one of the best teeth whitening experience I ever had. The treatment was very comfortable.

I have been to many clinics and this clinic has been the best one. Everyone is super friendly, and the dentists are amazing. I`ve referred the clinic to all my friends.
